Olwin Heights Integrated properties, the real estate arm of the Water Park Group of companies, intends to develop a mixed-use estate in Abuja, Nigeria. The development will be done in three phases which will consist of a 4-Star hotel, shopping mall, conference center, boat club, golf course, presidential villas, luxury apartments, lakefront restaurants, and a world-class waterpark.
